It was packed with hands-on exercises —role plays, group work, and individual tasks— that made the learning experience both challenging and rewarding.
Nico stood out as an extraordinary leader. He created a supportive, trusting environment that encouraged open discussion and real growth. I left the training with valuable tools I use daily, and I would gladly join another of his sessions in the future
